A proud Georgia Tech graduate, Chris holds a B.S. in Management with a focus on Finance and Accounting. This strong academic foundation complements his hands-on experience, enabling him to craft innovative strategies that help businesses thrive in competitive industries.

Trent Martensen is a dynamic entrepreneurial leader with a rare blend of experience in investment banking and software development. At firms like Credit Suisse, Gordon Dyal, and Wells Fargo, he has successfully advised on large-scale buy-side transactions, helping clients achieve strategic goals with precision.

Before his career in finance, Trent spent over a decade as a software developer, gaining a deep understanding of technology and its applications. This dual expertise positions him as a trusted advisor for tech-focused investment banking, private equity, and venture capital opportunities.

Trent is a UNC Kenan-Flagler graduate with a B.S. in Business Administration and a background in Computer Science. Known for his entrepreneurial mindset, he excels in collaborative environments, leveraging his technical and business acumen to deliver exceptional results. When not navigating financial deals, Trent stays ahead of tech trends, sharpening his skills in business and innovation.

Greg Parsons brings more than 25 years of leadership experience at the intersection of finance, strategy, and service. In addition to being a Founding Partner, Greg serves as CEO of CAVU Securities, where he drives strategic growth, builds partnerships, and champions philanthropic causes.

Greg also founded Semper Capital Management, earning a reputation for delivering innovative investment strategies. Earlier in his career, he served as an Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company and honed his leadership skills as an Infantry Officer in the United States Marine Corps.

A graduate of Princeton University, Greg is deeply committed to giving back. He founded the Semper True North Foundation and serves on multiple nonprofit boards, including The Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation and the Boys & Girls Club of America. Greg’s strategic vision, entrepreneurial spirit, and dedication to service inspire those around him to make a meaningful impact.
